As No.2 of our Walk n Talk Videos on risk management subjects, in this Video I briefly outline PERCEPTION which is critical for all risk managers.

There are a number of areas that distinguish security, safety, environmental, quality and HR professionals from each other - for me, PERCEPTION is one of the main areas.
If we can't identify the hazards - we can't protect people, the environment or business.
PERCEPTION is our first chance to make a difference - as professionals we should constantly try to improve our perception: experience, feedback, reflection & continual personal growth should be what we strive for - daily.
I hope the video is of use, if not at least I got to watch some coal tits nesting (mental health boost).
