Introduction

Howell is a dynamic and highly qualified Training Professional with over 26 years’ experience of designing and delivering a range of medical training programmes in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

He possesses advanced presentation skills and is able to use a variety of training methodologies to aid learning and convey interest and enthusiasm. Results focused and determined, Howell is able to maintain high energy, self-discipline and self-motivation whilst remaining impartial and resilient in the face of obstacles. He hosts highly developed communication and influencing skills, acquired by training and working with people from diverse backgrounds at all levels.

With Howell’s 25 years service in the British Army, most of which spent as a serving Army Medic, he holds a wealth of experience dealing with medical emergencies. This is apparent in the classroom, as having first hand knowledge of the subject matter, Howell is able to bring scenarios to life and coach students in way that provides a first class learning experience.
