CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsbile Employer
Learning from the mistakes of others…
When founding PCR Global in 2019 we collectively knew exactly what we did not want to represent as employers, as well as a provider of services. The company was born almost as an escape from a workplace where the culture was one that bred stress, anxiety, and fear. The negative experiences gained will forever act as motivation for us to ensure that our team is exactly that, a Team, a work family.
As a business we’ve always wanted to provide the best possible service— provide more, provide better, provide longer, provide for less. This drives us to develop and deliver the best value services possible. Profit will always be secondary to the satisfaction of our customers, and importantly, our employees.
Aspirations…
As a business with tremendous long-term goals we continue to push the boundaries to innovate and improve every aspect of our services. For this to materialise it is essential to create a shared understanding with our employees, associates and partner organisations of our aspirations. The know that the only way we will achieve these goals is as a team.
Development…
To support our goals we know that it is important to learn and develop as individuals within our Team. Heavy focus is placed upon continual professional development (CPD), with us all completing an array of courses and qualifications to better both ourselves and the collective team.
Motivation…
Motivation is another key ingredient to achieving goals. We understand that we all draw and maintain motivation differently. People have different hobbies, different lifestyles, different personal and professional aspirations. For this reason we try to be as flexible as we possibly can be. Whether it’s salary or work pattern reviews, paid leave, additional CPD, better kit, promotion, equity options — we do everything possible to ensure the happiness and engagement of our team.
Sponsorships
Port Talbot Town FC
PCR Global are delighted to be the main club sponsors of Port Talbot Town AFC for the 2022/23 season. This includes sponsoring the kits all age groups, through to the senior and disability teams.
This marks a proud moment in particular for Steffan Rogers, who also captains ‘The Steelmen’ for the season. After many years of playing football and never envisaging his company’s logo on the front of the kit or stadium, this also marks a significant personal achievement.
Sponsorship also includes a few sponsored match days, so we look forward to welcoming our team and clients to a fun afternoon at the ‘Sand Siro.’
To support the club, in 2023 PCR will provide complementary first aid and AED training to the coaching staff of all age groups and teams at Victoria Road. We will also be using the function room as a training venue where possible to provide the club with additional revenue.
Cwm Wanderers - Player & Club Sponsorship
In 2023 PCR Global will be providing complementary first aid and training to the coaching staff at CWM Wanderers. For the 2022/23 season, PCR Global will also be providing sponsorship the the club and player sponsorship for Dominic Protheroe.
LSRU | Loughor Schools Rugby Union
PCR Global were introduced to LSRU by Regan Craig. Regan is passionate about rugby and has coached for many years. When we were asked to sponsor the team it was a privilege. As with our other sports sponsorships, it’s important for us to provide something more than money in exchange for some advertising so again, we will be providing essential first aid training to the team’s coaching staff.
