TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Training Courses
Although rare, from time to time, PCR Global may need to cancel or reschedule courses. Should a training course be cancelled for any reason, you will be fully reimbursed of all course costs including VAT and any fees paid, unless an alternative date has been offered and accepted.
This is the full extent of the liability which PCR Global Limited has for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential losses or damages arising from course cancellations or rescheduled courses.
If you wish to cancel a course booking, you must notify us in writing. Course cancellations are subject to fees in accordance with the following charges:
Cancellation with more than 21 working days notice:
- 25% of course fee(s) due
Cancellation with between 11 and 20 working days notice:
- 50% of course fee(s) due
Cancellation with 10 or fewer working days notice:
- Full course fees due
Where course fees have already been paid in full, PCR Global will refund the difference, including taxes, in accordance with the above notice periods.
Please note that course transfers may be subject to an administration fee in addition to any cancellation fee arising from the transfer (as detailed above). If PCR Global Limited incur any charges as a result of your transfer, these will be passed onto yourself. Fees will be calculated on how much notice has been given, the duration and accreditation of the course.
Delegates who fail to complete all parts of the course will not be eligible for any refund or free transfer, although exceptions may apply due to individual circumstances at PCR Global’s discretion.
eLearning
We do not offer any refunds once the order for an eLearning course has been placed and you have accessed the content. Because of the nature of our eLearning courses, with one order (licence) you have three attempts to complete all modules successfully, and once consumed the modules cannot be repeated using the same order. If you need to attempt an assessment for a fourth time, please place a new order.
There are circumstances that would allow us to offer you a refund for your purchased eLearning course. These are as follows: (1) you were not able to access the content due to technical failure on the Websites, (2) you were not able to finish the course due to technical failure on the Websites.
We recommend that learners use the Google Chrome web browser with our eLearning courses to ensure maximum compatibility.
