Introduction
Steffan’s experience of a decade-plus in the learning and development industry has solidified his belief that the student and services experience are of paramount importance.
Having worked in senior roles focussing on client relations and customer service, Steffan takes pride in ensuring that our clients are at the forefront of everything we do.
With this experience has also come a highly developed network and understanding of customers’ needs, from understanding the training needs of individuals to the convenience and service driven nature brought by the training requirements of larger organisations.
In his personal time, Steff is a keen footballer. For the 2022/23 season, Steffan was named captain of Port Talbot Town FC Senior 1st Team, leading PCR Global to become key sponsors of the club.
