2. ISO 31000 (Clause 6.2) risk management process (Communication & Consultation - many risks sit in a dusty risk register)

3. ISO 18788-Security (Communication = Operational comms - procedures, security team, military & civil authorities, medical emergencies & Risk comms = complaints/grievances, whistle blowing, media

4. Top Down v Bottom Up communication - Whilst we always push comms down, we must design our management system to formalise methods of enabling those on the ground to communicate risks upwards without fear of retribution.
