Having all worked alongside Steff in previous roles and witnessed his passion for collaborative working, supporting client needs, but most importantly, making the working day as enjoyable as possible, he fits the ‘PCR Approach’ perfectly.

Steffan joins PCR Global tasked with developing new and existing customer relationships, ensuring a steady flow of constructive feedback to support the development of PCR Global’s services.
This role is vital to the continual improvement of the organisation — supporting the development of internal processes to improve customer services, the development of better, more innovative and effective training programmes to facilitate learning and improve customer satisfaction.
