Group Mandatory Annual Training - A Diffusion of Benefits

Whilst theres always a place for online training, bespoke group training facilitates discussion on how people ‘apply’ risk management on a day to day basis.

For the second year, designing, delivering & evaluating the FPS bespoke Mandatory Annual Training Day gives me confidence that bespoke annual training provides broad & cost effective organisational learning whilst helping to satisfy consultation obligations.

Elements included hazards, risks & control measures specific to FPS, with certificates for:

1) FPS Annual Training

2) Asbestos Awareness

3) BLS/AED (basic life support/ automated external defibrillation).

The day enabled the setting of new risk management objectives for 2020 - the BLS/AED appeared most enjoyable!

Finally! The year ended with our new company’s first ever Christmas drinks 🍷!!

Special thanks to Simon Gwinnett & team at FPS & all who have supported PCR in a challenging first 3/4.

Our main objective for 2020 is to further develop no-nonsense consultancy/training that challenges core assumptions through the application of effective & efficient corporate & operational risk management.

So for the last time in 2019 from all at PCR Global . . .

Don’t trust it, TEST IT

FPS is a small privately owned, local company, based on the enterprise park in Swansea, South Wales.

The company was established in 2006 by Simon Gwinnett who has over 25 years experience in various fire protection disciplines at both operational and at senior management level:

“FPS was born out of my disillusionment with some of the larger 'players' in the industry. These large companies appeared to be more concerned with themselves rather than their customers & staff.

I felt we could do a much better job.”

FPS’s philosophy is one of Quality, Trust, Honesty and Loyalty.
